Joseph came to change my tire on a busy day when the last thing I needed was a big old flat. He was on time, and hauled his equipment down to the underground garage in our condo (since the truck wouldn't fit). My 4Runner was a new experience and his jack couldn't jack the car high enough. But we worked through a combination of jacks to get the car up. The technology issues meant the job took longer, but he kept working hard through all the problems. He was professional and friendly.

Joseph from R&R star towing came and towed my car after my transmission was shot while I was stranded in Edmonds. Joesph from r&r towing came and picked me up today when I blew out a axle (think there made of glass)! Was very mindful of not damaging my lowered car and anything I asked of him and was very nice to deal with when he had to tow me from Seattle to Sedro Woolley he even turned on the music I liked while driving was a great experience thanks again for getting me and my car home!

Eric and Jordan were very helpful and very friendly, my wife and I are so thankful that they cared like they did about us. I highly recommend these guys if you ever need a tow, best rates and very friendly server, keep up the great work guys.

We needed this service today to tow my car (2014 buick encore) to the dealership. I wish I had the gentlemen name down who took care of us because he deserves specific mention, but I don't. The service was more than 5 star. He was kind, friendly, took care of everything from beginning to end. He couldn't have made needing a tow any easier. Would recommend this company to anyone.
